The disused factory was removed following factory closure. The developer wanted to return a cleared plot to the owner after the factory closure. We cleared the site of asbestos and mercury, blasted multi-storey buildings and removed tanks and other installations for recycling. Large quantities of concrete, iron and metals were processed with a view to recycling.
